Wine Country Salad

4 Gravenstein Apples (fuji ok)
2 cups red seedless grapes
2 cups large diced celery
2 cups toasted walnut halves
½ cup golden raisins
1 cup mayonnaise
1 T orange zest
2 T orange juice
Mixed greens

Dice apples and toss with orange juice. Add grapes, celery, walnuts, raisins and toss. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise with orange zest and a pinch of salt. Pour over the apple mixture and toss well. Serve on greens.
