The 2008 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon was selected one barrel at a time from our best lots of Cabernet Sauvignon grown in the county’s most renowned appellations. Enticing fruit aromas of black cherry and raspberry are joined by aromatic notes of vanilla and spice. Rich full bodied mouthfeel and supple tannins give way to a long lingering finish.

This rich and full-bodied Cabernet Sauvignon is an excellent accompaniment to hearty food such as lamb, pork and beef entrees.
