WINEMAKERS NOTES

Harvested by hand early in the morning of August 26, 2022 the grapes were brought to the winery and gently pressed before settling and racking into stainless steel fermentation tanks. The wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation and did not receive any oak treatment in order to preserve the concentrated natural flavor of the Musqué clone. Our Rugged Elements Ricioli Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc offers exuberant aromas of gooseberry, tropical passionfruit and wet slate. Flavors echo the fruit aromas with lime zest focused acidity balanced with supple viscosity and an echoing lengthy finish.
