Keeping our guests and staff safe and healthy is our number one priority, and we ask that all visitors to Kenwood Vineyards follow our Guest Policy.

OUR GUEST POLICY

All tasting reservations can be made online or by calling (707)282-4281. Once your reservation is confirmed, please call ahead if you have any changes to your party size. We strive to accommodate all updates to a reservation, though we cannot guarantee it.

Tasting experiences can be booked for up to eight guests.

Outside food or beverages are not permitted. Please do not consume alcohol away from your designated table.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting signs of intoxication, is disruptive, or otherwise interferes with the safety and well-being of others.

DO YOU REQUIRE RESERVATIONS FOR EXPERIENCES?

Reservations are recommended for tasting experiences. We will also do our best to accommodate walk-ins when space and staffing allows.

HOW DO I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR AN EXPERIENCE?

Reservations can easily be made online or by calling 707-282-4281 or email kwd_info@kenwoodvineyards.com, 9am-5pm for personal assistance any day of the week. Our hours of operation for tastings are 10am- 5pm, daily and the last reservation is at 4pm to allow for a 60-minute experience before closing. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation via email. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you call to let us know. We offer a 15-minute grace period after the reserved time before the reservation is canceled.

HOW DO I USE MY CLUB MEMBER BENEFITS WHEN BOOKING?

Your club member savings will automatically be applied to your reservation upon booking. Please ensure that you are logged in using the email address associated with your club membership.

CAN I ADD PEOPLE TO MY RESERVATION UPON ARRIVAL TO THE WINERY?

Please call ahead if you have any changes to your party size. While we cannot guarantee additional guests will be added to reservation, if we have an available table, we will be happy to accommodate changes if the number of total guests does not exceed eight people.

WHAT IF I AM RUNNING LATE?

Please call if you are running late as we have a set timeframe for each reservation so that we can maintain the proper sanitizing standard in-between guests. Parties that are running more than 15 minutes late will need to reschedule.

DO YOU TAKE WALK-IN’S?

We may be able to accommodate same day reservations, when space allows, and recommend you call ahead at 707-282-4281 to check availability.

HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE FOR AN EXPERIENCE OR TASTING?

We can accommodate up to a total of eight people per table. This includes designated drivers and anyone not participating in a tasting.

WHY CAN WE ONLY BOOK UP TO EIGHT PEOPLE FOR A TASTING?

Additional planning and space is necessary to deliver the optimal experience for large parties.

WE HAVE 10 GUESTS, CAN WE BOOK TWO GROUPS OF FIVE?

We do not seat more than ten people at a table, and we do not coordinate seating times across reservations.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED AT THE WINERY?

Visitors of all ages are welcome to Kenwood Vineyards. Guests must be 21+ to consume alcohol.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

We allow up to 2 maximum well-behaved dog(s) per party for our outdoor tasting experiences. The dog(s) must be current on all vaccinations and remain on a leash at all times. Dogs are not permitted inside the tasting room; service dogs are welcome both inside and outside. Dog owners and/or handlers will be responsible for their canine companions, for all clean up related to the dog(s), and for any excessive damage the dog(s) may cause. We ask that your dog(s) is always with you and under your control when onsite. We reserve the right to ask for removal of any dog(s) that is acting in an aggressive or disruptive manner. We do not allow other types of pets on the property.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?

We do. However, paying by credit card is highly encouraged.

SHOULD WE TIP OUR SERVERS?

Sure! Gratuities are solely at the discretion of the guest.

CAN WE PICNIC ON YOUR PROPERTY?

Unfortunately, no. No outside food or drinks are allowed.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

Your reservation can be cancelled at any time before the time of the reservation should your plans change. However, when possible, we request that you cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please call 707-282-4281, we are available daily 8:30-4:30PST.
