WINEMAKERS NOTES

This hearty parcel off the western slopes of the ranch deliver a classic expression of Cabernet with it aromas of black currant, graphite and toasty oak. Flavors mirror the aroma with added baking chocolate, plum and sun ripened dates completed by an echo of the diverse oak offerings of coffee, cacao and vanilla bean.
